Leg hinge problem

"This one appears to be a different manufacturer than previous ones. I hope it is better. The replacement Installed two months ago (my third) has already sheared one of the rivets. There is almost no metal where the rivet is rolled over. We are very careful when opening the bed. We open legs then grab holes to pull bed down so no stress on hinge."
