Refund Policy for Beddy’s® Products
To initiate a return, exchange, request a refund or to report a manufacturer defect for any Beddy’s® product, please use your tracking number and zip code. If you don’t have your tracking number, please contact us at info@createabed.com or Beddy’s at hello@beddys.com to provide you with a code to use.
- Beddy’s® products can be returned up to 30 days after delivery for any reason
- Return shipping is free on all exchanges and returns for Beddy’s® products. You will be provided with a prepaid return address shipping label once your return request is approved.
- Refunds are processed in approximately 5 business days, once your items are delivered back to Beddy’s®.
