• The customer is responsible for return postage.
• All components, hardware, and plans must be included, and the mechanism must be in resalable condition. Refunds are processed based on the condition of the product upon return.
• Please include a copy of your packing slip with your return so we can match it to your order.

Create A Bed, LLC (CAB, LLC) offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on Mechanism Components against defects in materials and workmanship. CAB, LLC will, at its option, either repair or replace any Mechanism Component that proves to be defective.

This Warranty is voided by abnormal operating conditions, accident, abuse, misuse, or unauthorized alteration or repair.

The Limited Lifetime Warranty set forth above is exclusive and, except as otherwise required by law, no other Warranty, whether written or oral, is expressed or implied.

CAB, LLC specifically disclaims the implied Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event shall CAB, LLC or its affiliates be liable for incidental or consequential damages in connection with, or arising from, the design, manufacture, or use of the products or any accompanying manuals or related materials.
